Stomachs

Does anyone else have a problem with a particular part of their body?
I can definitely see a difference in my thighs, hips, bum, etc., but my stomach seems to be sticking out even more. I've been doing crunches plus the Callanetics.
Has anyone got any ideas for an effective stomach-flattening exercise?

Not really--or yet, anyhow (I'm hoping to find one!). I think I remember reading somewhere that while crunches are good for your stomach muscles, they won't make your stomach smaller--because they're building up the muscles there. Don't quote me on that, though.

I've been doing a heap of sit ups too but I doubt that they'll make my tummy smaller, just more toned. The only way I know of making your stomach smaller is to do fat burning exercises but there's no guarantee that it'll target that area. The trainer at the gym who did my evaluation told me that it's very hard to just target one area of the body and expect to see results from it and said that a full body workout will work better in the long run.

I have issues with my tummy too. And my bum and back and legs and arms and boobs...
I just hate all of me :(

Yep, it's the stomach for me too.
I think it's genetic.
